  • Data Collection: We will collect your name, email, mailing address(es) and phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via our website contact forms, email, service contract or third-party reservation software.

  • Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending updates, promotions and reminders related to our services.

  • Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

  • MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending/receiving text messages - especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

  • Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to contact@mintmovingco.com or (806) 496-9057 or (512) 580-5540. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

  • You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

  • Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mint Moving Co. will not sell, rent or share the collected mobile numbers.

Welcome to Mint Consolidated Holdings LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the parent company of Mint Moving Company LLC, Mint Moving Company Austin LLC, and any future subsidiaries. By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to moving services, logistics, and associated communication, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Mint Consolidated Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries provide residential and commercial moving services, storage solutions (if applicable), and related logistics. Our services are offered subject to the availability of resources and are governed by the terms outlined herein.

2. Service Agreement

By scheduling a move or requesting a quote:

- You confirm the accuracy of the information provided, including addresses, inventory, and service requirements.

- You agree to adhere to our policies regarding scheduling, cancellations, and payments as detailed below.

3. Quotes and Estimates

- Non-Binding Estimates: Initial quotes provided are based on the information you supply and are non-binding. Final charges may vary depending on actual inventory, moving conditions, or additional services requested.

- Final Charges: The final invoice will reflect the actual services rendered, including adjustments for additional labor, materials, or time incurred.

4. Payment Terms

- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We accept cash, credit card, check, etc.

- Late payments may incur interest or additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled move may be eligible for a refund of any deposits made.

- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may require an additional fee if made within 48 hours of the original move date.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information about your moving needs.

- Be present or have an authorized representative available during the move.

- Secure all valuables and fragile items not intended for transport.

- Ensure clear access to the property for our movers.

7. Liability and Damages

- Limits of Liability: Our liability for loss or damage to items during transport is limited to the value declared on the bill of lading, if applicable. Certain items, such as cash, jewelry, and personal documents, are excluded from liability.

- Claims Process: Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the move date.

By contacting us or using our services, you consent to:

- Receiving communications from us via email, phone, or text message related to your inquiry or services.

- Allowing us to send transactional updates, scheduling reminders, and post-service follow-ups.
